As Summer Nears Its End
Before you get back into the grind, whether it be at work or starting fall classes, take this month to enjoy the last few weeks of summer. This is your chance to find a buddy or get a group of friends together for a fun, final summer outing. Just because you’re back from vacation doesn’t mean you have to stop treating yourself!
And if you haven’t taken a vacation yet this year, or you’ve used it all up for family visits and a half-dozen weddings, you’re probably itching to get in some much-needed rest and relaxation before the fall schedule fills up again. Make the point to schedule some quality you-time to recharge. We don’t get to choose when our bodies start feeling the physical effects of stress, so take advantage of the summer slowdown to prevent having to combat bigger issues later in the year.
